This full-time position runs from late August 2024 through December 2026, covering a maternity leave period. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with moderate to severe disabilities
• Provide direct instruction, behavioral support, and academic interventions
• Adapt curriculum and assessments to meet each student’s unique abilities
• Collaborate regularly with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff
• Track progress, maintain compliant documentation, and communicate effectively with families
• Foster a positive, respectful learning environment for all learners

Qualifications:

• Valid CTC certification in Moderate/Severe Special Education (required)
• Experience managing moderate to severe caseloads in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP procedures and IDEA guidelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
