Coordinator Strategic Projects (Lowell Regional Office) Boston, MA, USA • Lowell, MA, USA Job Description WinnCompanies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator Strategic Projects to join our dynamic Lowell Corporate Office . In this role, you will support strategic initiatives by maintaining project plans, tracking action items and milestones, coordinating meetings, preparing status updates. This role is responsible for documentation, follow-ups, general project support and ensuring leaders and teams have accurate, up-to-date project information to drive execution and accountability. The pay range for this role is $26.44-$28.85 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following hybrid work schedule (on-site four times per week): Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Responsibilities Maintain the accuracy of the high-level rollup summary of the Business Initiatives. Create and disseminate project updates. Facilitate and attend project meetings. General project support. Requirements High School diploma or GED. 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel, and Real Page. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage a fast-paced office environment. Ability to manage and work with a diverse group of people and personalities. Preferred Qualifications Property Management industry experience preferred.
