Contract Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Engineer supports production operations by developing, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing processes, tools, and workflows. This role ensures products are built efficiently, safely, and in compliance with quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing environment.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Optimize manufacturing processes and production methods.
• Maintain manufacturing processes and associated tools.
• Support production operations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Promote efficiency and safety in manufacturing operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts across the manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen.
• Aerospace background
• Sheet Metal, Machining, Assembly
• 2D, 3D Drawing interpretation
• GD&T
• SAP Knowledge
