Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their unique circumstances.

• Create and execute tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions to address issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and significant life transitions, adapting your approaches based on client feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create a holistic care experience for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to monitor client progress effectively.

• Participate in team meetings and continuous professional development opportunities to further enhance your therapeutic techniques and knowledge.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and improving accessibility to mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy in mental health or behavioral health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise in the field.
