Key Responsibilities
- Contribute UX/UI design expertise to a unique AI training project.
- Apply your design skills to help train AI systems, ensuring high-quality input for model learning.
- Articulate design decisions and rationales clearly, influencing the training process.
- Proven expertise in UX/UI design and proficiency with Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing impactful digital product design projects.
- Experience in communicating complex design concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Ability to analyze and critique designs with a critical, constructive mindset.
- Capacity to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
- Previous engagement in AI-related projects or familiarity with data annotation processes is a plus, but not required.

- If selected, you are expected to begin your first tasks within 24, 48 hours of completing onboarding.
