Graphic Designer for AI Training [Remote]

Contribute UX and UI design expertise to train next-generation AI systems by producing high-quality, real-world design input. Your work will directly influence how models learn, reason, and perform. This contract role is remote and focuses on applying practical design knowledge rather than prior AI experience.

• Provide UX and UI design deliverables that are used to train and evaluate AI models.
• Create clear, well-reasoned design work and document the rationale behind design decisions.
• Analyze and critique designs with a constructive, detail-oriented approach.
• Follow project specifications and complete tasks that meet quality requirements, on a per-task basis.
• Meet minimum submission requirements each week.

• Required skills, Figma and UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showing impactful digital product design work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain design choices clearly.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience with AI-related projects or data annotation is a plus, but not required.

• Compensation is output-based, paid per task that meets project specifications. Time to complete tasks will vary by experience and workflow.
• Minimum submission requirements apply, experts must submit a minimum number of tasks per week. Specific minimums will be provided during screening or onboarding.
• Expect to start quickly if selected. Roles are typically filled within 48 hours, and selected experts are expected to begin their first tasks within 24 to 48 hours after completing onboarding.

• Pay range, $15.00 to $30.00 per hour equivalent, paid per completed task that meets specifications.
