Event Planner for AI Training

Role Overview
Apply your event planning expertise to create authentic, scenario-based interactions that improve how next-generation AI systems understand event planning workflows and client communication. You will participate in virtual two-way dialogues, document standard processes, and produce written examples of professional interactions to influence AI behavior. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in simulated client and event planner conversations that replicate common industry workflows.
- Document and articulate standard event planning procedures, step-by-step planning processes, and recommended solutions.
- Analyze client needs, propose event solutions, and outline implementation sequences for events.
- Identify frequent challenges in event coordination and describe practical, creative problem-solving approaches.
- Provide structured feedback on event planning conversations to help improve AI responses and reasoning.
- Produce clear written materials that exemplify professional virtual communication.
- Collaborate remotely with the project team to refine deliverables as needed.
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning and coordination.
- Strong client communication skills and experience managing client relationships.
- Proven problem-solving ability in complex event scenarios.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially in virtual formats.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and virtual meetings is preferred.
- Background in training, coaching, or contributing to professional development content is a plus.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable insights in a timely manner.

- Location requirement: United States-based candidates only.
