Event Planner for AI Training

You will contribute real-world event planning knowledge that helps train next-generation AI systems to learn, reason, and respond more effectively in event planning contexts. The work includes simulated two-way virtual conversations that reflect common interactions between event planners and clients.

• Conduct simulated client and event planner conversations using realistic, scenario-based interactions.
• Document standard event planning workflows, challenges, solutions, and step-by-step planning procedures.
• Assess client needs and propose appropriate event solutions.
• Identify common coordination obstacles and explain creative approaches to resolving them.
• Provide structured feedback on event planning conversations to improve AI responses.
• Create written examples that demonstrate clear, professional virtual communication.
• Collaborate remotely with the project team to refine deliverables as needed.

• Demonstrated expertise in event planning, event coordination, and client communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex event scenarios.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey details clearly in virtual formats.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools and participating in virtual meetings.
• Experience in training, coaching, or creating professional development content is a plus.
