Role Overview
Apply your biochemistry expertise to shape how next-generation AI systems understand and reason about life science content. In this contractor role you will evaluate biochemical data, refine use cases and prompts, and provide high-quality domain feedback that improves model performance. No prior AI experience is required, your subject-matter knowledge is the priority.
Key Responsibilities- Review complex biochemical datasets, research findings, and laboratory protocols to provide accurate, expert-level annotation and validation.
- Develop and refine content, use cases, and scenarios grounded in current biochemistry practice for AI training purposes.
- Assess scientific validity and clarity of biochemistry-related prompts, model-generated outputs, and informational resources.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate domain-specific insights into actionable feedback for improving AI systems.
- Identify knowledge gaps, ambiguities, and edge cases within biochemical content to enhance model robustness.
- Deliver clear, concise written and verbal explanations of complex biochemical concepts to inform AI training processes.
- Participate in iterative review cycles to maintain the accuracy and relevance of biochemistry inputs.
- Required skill: demonstrated expertise in biochemistry.
- Preferred: advanced degree (Master''s, PhD, or equivalent experience) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with biochemical mechanisms, laboratory methods, and current literature.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to data interpretation and problem solving.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
- Experience contributing to scientific publications, peer reviews, or educational content is a plus.
- Comfort working in interdisciplinary teams, ideally in research, biotech, or health science projects, and an openness to applying domain knowledge in AI contexts.
