Overview
Registered Nurse – Ger iatric travel assignment in Lodi, CA. Start date 08/03/2026 for an 8-week engagement at a Short Term Acute Care Hospital. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with a 5x8 Days shift and a pay range of $950-$985 per week. This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for geriatric patients under supervision of an RN or MD, following established policies and nursing process.
- Conduct admission assessments and ongoing re-assessments per departmental procedures; contribute to a prioritized interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses; perform procedures such as phlebotomy, injections, and related tasks as directed.
- Assist in patient and family teaching, including discharge planning, and coordinate care with ancillary staff and departments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting; ensure aseptic technique and infection control throughout care delivery.
- Manage supply levels and maintain a clean, safe, and organized care area; support EPIC and Cerner workflows as required.

Requirements
- Licensure: Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in the state of practice (required).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required); Health Care Provider certification from an approved vendor per policy (required); Arrhythmia certification (preferred).
- Education: High School Education/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience preferred.
- Experience: At least two years of recent nursing experience in the field (geriatric/related setting preferred).
- EMR experience: EPIC and Cerner experience is required for this assignment.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a 40-hour-per-week schedule.
