This role partners closely with stakeholders (including our CMO) and supports strategic decision-making./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliBe the day-to-day finance business partner to the Marketing leadership team/liliLead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and 5-year strategic plan processes/liliDevelop and maintain complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses./liliProvide detailed variance analysis with strategic commentary for leadership reviews./liliPartner with business leaders to support decision-making and resource allocation./liliAttend company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings/liliIdentify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and planning./liliSupport financial system upgrades or enhancements by testing and validating data flows./liliPrepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for performance reviews./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring to Zelis:/pulliBachelors degree plus 3-4 years of FPA experience or Masters +2 years/liliProficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents./liliAdvanced financial modeling and forecasting skills./liliExperience leading budgeting cycles and preparing executive-level reports./liliStrong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights./liliProficiency in financial systems (Workday HCM, Adaptive) and planning platforms./liliExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills./li/ulpPlease note at this time we are unable to proceed with candidates who require visa sponsorship now or in the future./ppLocation and Workplace Flexibility/ppWe have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India.
