For more information, please visit: Position SummaryCrow Holdings seeks a highly motivated Content Strategy Associate to support the development of compelling content that brings the firm’s history, culture, and brand to life. This role will help identify, organize, and translate meaningful company milestones, stories, and legacy assets into engaging marketing and communications materials. The role will also help steward historical collections and institutional knowledge across Crow Holdings and affiliated entities. Working closely with the Marketing team and key internal and external stakeholders, the Content Strategy Associate will contribute to brand storytelling, employee engagement, publications, social media, events, and other initiatives that showcase Crow Holdings’ history and heritage while reinforcing the firm’s values, reputation, and continued growth.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport the organization and maintenance of the company’s archives, historical records, photographs, publications, digital assets, and institutional knowledge across Crow Holdings and affiliated entitiesResearch company history and identify stories, milestones, and historical content that support marketing and communications initiativesDevelop written content for presentations, employee communications, websites, social media, and brand campaignsPartner with Marketing and Family Office teams to incorporate heritage content into campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiativesAssist with digitization, cataloging, metadata tagging, and content organization projects; verify information to ensure accuracy and brand consistencyRespond to internal requests for historical information, imagery, and supporting materialsHelp develop timelines, exhibits, heritage collections, and anniversary-related contentSupport administration of digital collections management system, Axiell CollectionsIdentify opportunities to transform archival materials into compelling marketing contentDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, History, or a related field required2 years of experience in marketing, communications, content development, or public relations requiredStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsExceptional attention to detail and project management skillsExcellent research, organizational, and analytical abilitiesAbility to synthesize information into clear and engaging contentExperience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital asset management platforms, historical collections, or social media tools is a plusExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or content creation tools is preferredHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and initiativeJob SummaryRequisition Number: ASSOC001324Job Category: MarketingSchedule: Full-Time
