Your Role: Community Director As a Community Director, you will manage the sales process, community operations and team management programs at Carmel at Woodcreek West, a 222-home Lewis-owned apartment community, located in Roseville, CA. What You’ll Do Consistent leadership of your Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds-keeping staff, including hiring, motivating, monitoring, and rewarding your team (Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Community Director, Maintenance Technician, and Leasing Consultant). Supervision of sales, leasing, and marketing activities Prepare and analyze budget reports, occupancy reports, and variances. Ensure and promote resident satisfaction through effective follow-through and leadership Utilize company software, including OneSite, MS Office (Word, Excel) and YieldStar What We're Looking For 3+ years of property management experience, with a strong supervisory background Proven knowledge of property budgets, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Understanding of landlord/tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Skilled in team leadership, coaching, and performance management Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; property management software experience is a plus Compensation & Perks Competitive annual salary (between $79k-$84k DOE), with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
