Senior Operations Analyst

Owning the analysis that shapes fulfillment decisions, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will build dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to operations leaders in a data-driven environment. Key responsibilities Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs for operations leaders to optimize business performance Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, providing clear recommendations to prevent costly issues Assist in creating forecasts and capacity models that inform operational plans and budgets Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or fulfillment management Proficient in Excel and a BI tool, with experience in Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI Ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations Experience collaborating directly with operations teams Knowledge of statistical modeling, particularly for forecasting and capacity planning, is a plus
