Responsibilities

• Follow Chick-fil-A operational policies and procedures.
• Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
• Take orders and make accurate changes quickly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions.
• Ensure guest complaints are resolved adequately and promptly.
• Guarantee product quality and consistency.
• Help leaders in executing opening and/or closing procedures and shift operations.
• Model and support clear communications between the counter and kitchen staff.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at a fast pace, yet efficiently and thoroughly.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Honors and encourages others to follow the companys visions and values.
• Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
