This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. Our outpatient office will also serve as a collaborative hub when required for team meetings and peer consultations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices, creating personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities suited to client diagnoses.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records while ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and best practices.

• Collaborate regularly with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer therapists, to continually improve patient care.

• Engage in case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to discuss treatment strategies, evaluate progress, and enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, therapeutic options, and available community resources, promoting informed decision-making.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in mental health to enhance your practice and contribute to clinical discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Applicants must hold a valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
