Executive Director Adult Behavioral Health Community Residential Rehabilitation (CRR)
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the CRR program
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and licensing regulations
- Oversee clinical programming and service delivery
- Manage budget, financial performance, and Medicaid billing oversight
- Recruit, supervise, and develop multidisciplinary staff
- Lead quality improvement, risk management, and safety initiatives
- Build relationships with referral sources, hospitals, and community partners
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- 5+ years of leadership experience in behavioral health or residential services
- Strong knowledge of adult mental health, compliance standards, and program operations
- Experience with budgeting and staff supervision
