Allure Lifestyles Communities is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and people-focused Executive Director to lead a large, established independent living community in the Western Suburbs of Philadelphia .

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, developing people, solving problems, and creating an exceptional resident experience. The Executive Director will have overall responsibility for the success of the community, leading operations, team performance, financial results, resident engagement, and community relations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead all day-to-day community operations with a strong focus on resident experience and satisfaction.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and foster a vibrant, welcoming community culture.
• Recruit, develop, coach, motivate, and retain a high-performing team.
• Establish a culture of hospitality, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and key operational goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to support occupancy, growth, and the long-term success of the community.
• Partner with residents, families, and team members to address concerns, resolve challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as a highly visible and approachable presence within the community.
• Build strong relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community partners.
• Ensure the community operates in accordance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Work closely with organizational leadership to execute strategic priorities and achieve community goals.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in senior living , preferably within an independent living community.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Senior Living, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing diverse teams.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of creating a positive, engaging, and service-oriented community culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service and the importance of the resident experience.
• Ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Comfortable serving as a highly visible, approachable, and hands-on leader.
• Genuine passion for working with older adults and creating an exceptional living experience.
