In this onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role, you'll work with a caseload of 36–40 students, providing essential speech and language services to help them develop critical communication skills. Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required
• Prior experience in school settings or pediatric/daycare populations is highly valued
• Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children at the daycare center
• Complete assessments, maintain detailed progress notes, and develop IEPs or equivalent plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
• Offer guidance and ongoing communication to families about students’ progress and therapy goals
• Attend relevant meetings, trainings, and professional development sessions as required
