WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time dispatching position scheduled during our business hours of 7 am–7 pm , Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be required with advance notice. Schedule flexibility is essential due to seasonal demands.

As our HVAC Dispatcher, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations-coordinating technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring customers receive timely service. You'll monitor job progress, adjust for emergencies, and communicate clearly with both customers and team members. From updating Service Titan to resolving conflicts, your role keeps everything moving smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN HVAC DISPATCHER?

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience within HVAC or Home Services
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency, including CRM or field service software
• Familiarity with Sacramento and surrounding service areas

Experience in Service Titan proficiency, and strong adaptability in fast-changing environments are preferred.
