Regional Manager- Kentucky/ Tennessee

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Marina Operations to oversee multiple marina locations within our portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer experiences across all assigned properties. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple marina facilities, including dockage, storage, fuel services, and retail operations Lead, mentor, and support marina managers and their teams to achieve performance goals Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, revenue growth, and cost control across all locations Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and maritime regulations Oversee maintenance programs and capital improvement projects Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and local regulatory agencies Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and brand standards Respond to emergencies and coordinate risk management efforts as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marina, hospitality, or multi-site operations management Strong leadership and team development skills Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results Knowledge of marine operations, safety standards, and applicable regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region Key Competencies Multi-site operations management Strategic planning and execution Financial analysis and budgeting Customer relationship management Regulatory compliance and safety oversight Leadership and staff development Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Beach Island Marina
