Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly evidence-based mental health care through live video sessions tailored to individual adult clients, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for discussions.

• Collaborate effectively with other psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to facilitate comprehensive treatment strategies and ensure client-centered care.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Engage in regular consultations with multidisciplinary teams to share insights, seek advice, and enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with diverse adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By offering tailored therapeutic support, you will help clients navigate their mental health journeys, improve their coping skills, and achieve personal goals through introspection and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must possess a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, which can include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated ability to make sound professional evaluations and treatment recommendations based on client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and other relevant software for session documentation and administration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual mental health support is strongly preferred.
