Job Description COLAVITA USA LLC Marketing Manager Schedule Monday-Friday 9 to 5pm Onsite – Edison, NJ Location We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building. Responsibilities Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research and technology Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely Work closely with the operations teams, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with high-quality collateral, tools, materials, and presentations Planning, developing and directing multiple avenues of marketing strategies to drive sales Drive overall brand awareness, engagement & growth ensuring achievement of company KPIs Product promotion, market survey, and analysis of industry data Demonstrated history of planning successful product launches and events Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter the market Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 3-5 years’ of Marketing Management experience Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management and clients Strong project management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects Strong attention to detail and accuracy Time management and organization skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects and initiatives Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Proficient with the latest marketing tools 5+ years in SEO and SEM Strong skillset in digital marketing reporting and analytics software Benefits Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance 401K Plan with company match Paid Time Off Colavita USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
