ERP Application Administrator (Pentagon2000) Career Opportunity: The Application Administrator is a critical player in application configuration, support, and training, and will join a team accountable for ensuring the digital systems are well controlled, operating effectively, aligned with business needs, and compliant with multiple regulations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of Pentagon2000 technology support delivered to the end‑user community. Oversee troubleshooting of the Pentagon2000 platform and ensure the highest level of system performance, functionality, and optimization. Gain an understanding of business needs; research and implement solutions related to system features, functionality, configurations, and integrations. Stay current on Pentagon2000 releases, available modules, and system enhancements and identify solutions to streamline business processes and support growth. Develop and deliver training to end‑users for overall and role‑specific functionalities. Provide oversight to contractors and consultants supporting ongoing project efforts. Required Experience and Qualifications Experience with Pentagon2000 (or similar) and ERP best practices. Experience with reporting software like PowerBI and SSRS. Programming language knowledge in SQL, HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, JavaScript. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Possess strong business acumen and sound judgment/decision‑making skills. Quick learner with a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable taking initiative and working independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance. Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization including change‑management skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people inside and outside the organization.
