Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify and prioritize clients' mental health needs, developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to their circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to provide effective and responsive treatment for individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, participating in weekly case reviews and planning as well as ongoing consultations to ensure coordinated care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, demonstrating a high level of expertise and empathy to ensure their safety and promote stability.

• Engage with the community through outreach programs, workshops, and mental health education initiatives aimed at raising awareness and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals undergoing detoxification, those dealing with substance abuse, and clients grappling with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Your role is critical in guiding these individuals through their recovery journey with tailored support, emphasizing empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Completion of a master's degree or doctorate in a relevant field, including Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
