Thriving in a dynamic agency environment, the full-time Growth Marketing Coordinator will conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, manage RFP submissions, and coordinate pitch materials while supporting a mission-driven team in a hybrid work setting. Key responsibilities Conduct deep-dive research on prospective clients and industries to build comprehensive profiles Manage the development and logistics of RFP responses and pitch materials for presentations Maintain organized project documentation and opportunity data in Salesforce to support team reporting Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in agency, healthcare, or marketing roles Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a mission-driven team Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
