About the Role

Clarvida is seeking an Office Coordinator to oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming work environment. This role provides administrative support to management and requires independent judgment, initiative, and strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with accreditation guidelines.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations to maintain a professional and effective workspace

Provide administrative support to management using independent judgment and initiative

Prepare internal and external monthly program reports

Maintain accurate program and office records in accordance with accreditation guidelines

Support coordination of office activities and administrative processes

Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, and external partners as needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Valid State Driver's License and active automobile insurance

Ability to obtain an Illinois Driver's License within thirty (30) days of hire if relocating from out of state

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
