Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company to help them identify an accounts receivable specialist. This role is onsite near Buffalo Grove, IL. The accounts receivable specialist will support the accounting team with billing, cash applications and collections follow up. Prepare billing according to terms Billing adjustments Follow up calls and emails on accounts Collections follow up Applying payments to customer accounts Discrepancy research and resolution Requirements 2 years + of experience in accounts receivable Intermediate Microsoft Excel Must be very detailed and accurate Excellent communication skills Pay range: $27-$32/hour Pay Details $27.00 to $32.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
