This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to create a comfortable and productive workspace that suits their personal needs. While some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs, the typical work schedule will run from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote mental wellness and build a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care, enhancing outcomes and continuity of services.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and accessibility to immediate help.

• Engage patients in conversations about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and pertinent community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline the process.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to refine your practice and stay up to date with emerging trends in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
