AI Business Analyst - Healthcare

US CITIZENS OR PERMANENT RESIDENT TO APPLY ONLY) Location: Doral, FL (Hybrid – travel between local centers and corporate HQ required) (NO RELOCATION) Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Business AI Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise-wide operational and strategic initiatives through advanced analytics, AI-driven solutions, and business intelligence tools in the healthcare/medical field. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, HR, sales, legal, and other business units to identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, cost reduction, and improved decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working within healthcare or medical organizations and possess strong expertise in AI platforms, business intelligence, data warehousing, and enterprise analytics environments. This is a highly visible role reporting into executive leadership and will require a strong onsite presence across South Florida locations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field Experience working in a healthcare, medical, or managed care environment Strong working knowledge of: Claude AI and Microsoft Copilot Snowflake Business Intelligence and AI technologies Data warehousing concepts and reporting environments Experience partnering with multiple business functions including: Operations | HR | Finance | Sales | Legal | Executive leadership Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and confidentiality standards Excellent organizational and communication skills Must reside in South Florida and be comfortable traveling between client local Medical locations Experience with healthcare operational analytics, population health, claims, EMR/EHR, or managed care reporting Experience implementing AI-driven workflow automation or business process optimization initiatives Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting tools Experience supporting executive-level strategic planning initiatives Background in business process analysis and continuous improvement methodologies Key Responsibilities Analyze operational, financial, and organizational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement and cost savings Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Compliance , and executive leadership teams to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to improve workflows, reporting capabilities, business analysis, and operational efficiency Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive summaries using business intelligence and analytics tools Support enterprise data warehousing initiatives and maintain data integrity across systems and reporting environments Work within Snowflake and other enterprise data environments to extract, transform, analyze, and present data insights Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business needs analysis for new analytics and AI-driven initiatives Recommend and implement scalable BI and AI solutions that enhance business operations and user experience Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, reporting standards, governance, and analytics workflows Evaluate new BI and AI technologies and recommend enhancements to existing systems and reporting capabilities Handle sensitive and confidential business information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion Support leadership with ad hoc reporting, forecasting, operational analysis, and strategic initiatives Minimal travel distance required between centers and corporate offices in South Florida Fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with direct exposure to executive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Premier Staffing Solution
