Staff Accountant

Position Summary Responsibilities Assist with credit card statement reconciliation Post payments to customer accounts and make bank deposits Follow up on past due customer accounts Assist with vendor invoice entry Assist with customer invoicing Answer phones Other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements This position is an On-site position in Quincy, IL Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Previous experience in accounts payable and/or receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience using QuickBooks is a plus Associated degree in accounting or related field Benefits Pay commiserate with experience Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (could be flexible for the right candidate) Paid time off 401k with company match Health and dental insurance available Company provided life and disability insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
