Inventory & Office Administrator

Are you a pet lover?  Then you would love to work for a pet food Wholesale Distributor.  This growing dynamic company  is in search of an Inventory Clerk.

Position: Inventory Clerk
Location: Hayward, CA
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 5:00 am to 1:30 pm
Pay: $23.00/hr.

Duties Include:

·Experience working with Distribution and /or Supply Chain Management Software
·Proficient in Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel)
·Must be able to pass a criminal background check & drug screen (post offer)
·Good communication skills (written & verbal)
·Must possess a good attitude
·Strong understanding of confidentiality in the work place (facilitating HR paperwork on site for corporate branch)
· Help Inventory Control process cycle as needed.
·Conduct daily row counts
·Prepare and process all COD’s collected while checking for accuracy
·Energetic / takes initiative

Requirements:

·Must be able to lift up to 44lbs unassisted
·Must be forklift certified with prior forklift experience
·High School Diploma and previous work history required

 

·Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance offered after 60 days employment

·401(K) offered after 1 year of employment. client matches up to 2% gross contributions
