Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: King of Prussia, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 2+ Year Contract (possible extension)

GC / USC

Experienced Network Engineer with Tier 2 support expertise, strong skills in troubleshooting network performance, interpreting diagrams/documentation, and hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto, AWS/Azure cloud, with CCNA or equivalent certifications preferred.

Network Engineer to provide Tier 2 network operations support for enterprise-level fintech platforms. This individual will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing CardConnect's mission-critical payment processing network infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of network engineering/operations support experience in enterprise environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills across TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, and routing/switching.
Hands-on experience with firewalls (Palo Alto preferred), load balancers, and cloud networking (AWS/Azure) .
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk).
Experience working in 24/7 production support environments.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto, AWS, or Azure are strongly preferred.
