PM Line Cook
Circa 1886 is currently searching for a Lead Saute. We are a fine dining restaurant and having a background in this environment is important to this position. Creativity is encouraged!! The ideal candidate must keep a level head, be able to accept constructive criticism, love cooking and take great pride in his or her ingredients/station.
Circa 1886 is closed on Sundays as well as Christmas Day, Thanksgiving, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day.
The right candidate will have a love of cooking, in-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices, grilling and cooking methods, prior Saute experience, and be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment.
Prior experience in a fine dining restaurant is required and a certificate and/or degree in Culinary Arts is a plus.

Job duties include:
- Ensuring prep station is properly set up and stocked
- Maintaining a clean workstation for food prep and storage area that meets or exceeds health and safety standards
- Preparing ingredients, cooking, and assembling dishes to an exact standard
- Performing additional tasks as assigned by the chef or sous-chef
