Work Environment\n

The role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility and comfort while interacting with clients. Our outpatient office environment supports collaboration among mental health professionals through virtual meetings and consultations. The work schedule requires availability from Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility in hours may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to understand and identify client needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and addressing specific concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that encourage community and shared learning among participants.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff to ensure integrated care for patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and relevant community resources to empower them in their healing process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation according to legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents to adult populations, each facing unique mental health challenges. We focus on treating conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues, allowing counselors to implement specialized interventions that cater to the distinct needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000–100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and part-time work considered on a pro-rata basis. New hires will receive a generous sign-on bonus, further enhancing the overall compensation package.
