The BDC Associate delivers a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner. This highly accountable position utilizes lead management tools and software to maintain a high focus on customer outreach and retention opportunities. The Service BDC Associate will be trained interdepartmentally and will be expected to coordinate with service, parts, and sales. Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize reporting tools that allow us to see upcoming service and bulletin information for BMW clients in our market. Contact clients to assist with scheduling for maintenance, recalls, or repairs. Respond to phone and internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy, and professionalism. Work interdepartmentally with service, parts, and sales to ensure quality customer service for all clients. Generate service appointments and conduct appropriate follow up for "no-shows." Act as a service concierge for all clients when they arrive and while they wait for their repairs to be completed. Effectively utilize lead management tools and software, including CDK, X-Time, and DealerLogix. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers. $20 Hourly Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong MS Office Suite computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills.
