We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our growing team.

The Role

This is a full-time, in-office position. You will work directly with attorneys on family law matters as a core member of the case team, managing workflow, anticipating needs, and helping move cases forward with minimal supervision.

This role is ideal for a confident, organized professional who excels in a fast-paced legal environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings with local courts
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and third parties
• Track discovery deadlines and manage document collection and production
• Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and hearing materials
• Arrange and monitor service of process
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and scheduling logistics
• Oversee correspondence and file management systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law paralegal experience
• Experience with pleadings, filings, and court procedures
• Prior experience in a fast-paced law firm environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sound independent judgment and high ethical standards
• Ability to anticipate attorney needs and work proactively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Understanding of the sensitive nature of family law matters and the discretion required
