This full‑time position is primarily onsite and involves substantial interaction with various complex systems and machinery. Applicants should be prepared for hands‑on engagement and collaboration with our seasoned team of professionals in a fast‑paced and dynamic industrial environment. Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal operation. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to avoid unnecessary downtimes and extend asset lifespan. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Implement modifications and enhancements to equipment and systems based on analysis of operational performance and efficiency. Coordinate with the management team to prioritize maintenance schedules and operational needs in line with production goals. Maintain clear and comprehensive records of all maintenance work, modifications, and enhancements carried out on equipment. Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures while conducting maintenance tasks and equipment monitoring. Support project work including new installations, equipment upgrades, and process improvements. Collaborate closely with other technical teams to share expertise and insights, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during breakdowns to minimize disruptions to operations. Requirements Progressive experience (preferably 5–7 years) working in an industrial manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment, with at least 3 years supporting an industrial welding, stamping, or structural fabrication facility. Ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures and interpret written and oral instructions including technical manuals, blueprints, construction plans, drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics. Proficient at using digital multimeters, megohmmeters (meggers), oscilloscopes, laser alignment tools, and mechanical precision measurement equipment (micrometers, dial indicators). Strong skills in Electrical, Automation, Welding & Cutting Systems, Hydraulics, Reliability & Safety, and Leadership. Ability to read, write and speak in the English language. Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Commitment to upholding all health and safety standards in all operations and tasks.
