Staffing Coordinator

We are currently seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our facility is properly staffed to deliver excellent resident care. Position Summary The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts, and supporting the daily staffing needs of the facility. This role works closely with nursing leadership and administration to maintain efficient staffing operations. Key Responsibilities Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff schedules Ensure proper staffing coverage for all shifts, including weekends and holidays Coordinate replacements for call-outs and last-minute schedule changes Maintain accurate attendance and staffing records Communicate with nursing staff regarding schedule updates and needs Assist with onboarding scheduling for new hires Monitor compliance with staffing ratios and facility policies Support HR and nursing leadership with staffing reports and documentation Be available for staffing emergencies on nights and weekends by carrying facility provided phone.
