Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.Job SummaryAs a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles. You'll assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering high-impact training programs that enhance employee skills, improve performance, and support career development. This role works cross-functionally to build a culture of continuous learning in a fast-paced, innovation-driven tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and administer company-wide training programs, including compliance, product training, and role-specific learningSupport the scheduling, communication, and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person)Assist in the development of training materials, presentations, job aids, and eLearning contentCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training materials tailored to software, product, and process learningDeliver instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual training sessions as neededMaintain and update learning content on the company's learning management system (LMS)Track training participation, completion rates, and effectiveness using LMS and survey toolsCollect and analyze feedback to improve learning programsHelp maintain L&D data dashboards and prepare reports for HR and leadershipWork closely with HR and other departments to identify learning needs and align solutionsSupport special projects such as leadership development initiatives or DEI-related trainingQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related field2+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or HR trainingMust be skilled in Articulate Storyline and Articulate RiseStrong organization, project coordination, and communication skillsProficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic LMS systemsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-focused environmentCompensationThe salary range for this position is: $23.50-$28.50This role be hybrid from one of the following cities:Wilmington, OH – Irmo, SC – Sacramento, CA – Indianapolis, IN – Portland, ORThe final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.At Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
