If you love training call center staff and management, including assessing training needs and developing effective training programs and leading training events, and you have experience leading small teams of trainers, we can offer you a great next step in your career.Job DescriptionAs our Operations Training Manager, you will:Plan, produce, and administer training programs for employees and managers throughout our operations/call center organization, both in Beaverton and at international supplier sitesProvide basic and intermediate fundamentals for new and current call center staff membersEducate staff, supervisors, and managers about our systems, products, and processesDetermine the appropriate communication strategies for operational training programs and initiativesProvide continuing education and refresher training for operations-related subject matterImplement an evaluation process and generate specifications for training revisions and updates based on evaluation feedbackAct as our project coordinator for training initiatives, such as performing needs assessments and developing our training calendarTravel domestically and internationally up to 20%QualificationsRequirements:A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 5 – 7 years relevant training experienceExtreme attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and analytical thinking abilityIntermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and WordIntermediate to advanced skills and experience in curriculum development and adult learning theoriesStrong research skillsThe ability to work independently or in a teamAbility to analyze tasks and solve problems at both a strategic and functional levelStrong verbal and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentialityAdditional InformationReady to make the move to a new beginning with Genesis?
