Experience Level: 10-15 Years Location: Anywhere in US Responsibilities: Define and implement global go-to-market strategies for Retail & CPG sectors, leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI solutions. Establish thought leadership by identifying emerging trends and technologies in Retail & CPG. Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific offerings. Manage revenue and profitability targets, driving growth through strategic client engagements. Lead C-level relationships, positioning the company as a trusted digital transformation advisor. Develop a pipeline of high-value opportunities, qualifying and closing deals. Oversee delivery of complex Cloud, Data, and AI projects, ensuring client satisfaction and quality standards. Establish best practices for solution deployment across global teams. Build and lead a high-performing, global team of industry and technology experts. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the practice. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's, MBA, or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related fields. Proven success in selling Cloud, Data, and AI solutions to Retail & CPG clients at an executive level. Deep understanding of business challenges, regulatory requirements, and trends in Retail & CPG sectors. Track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and exceeding sales targets. Expertise in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships. Experience leading global, multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex engagements. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus. Solid knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), analytics, and AI technologies. Familiarity with industry use cases like supply chain optimization, customer personalization, and demand forecasting.
