The Telehealth Mental Health Counselor position allows for a flexible work-from-home setting, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring structured hours that allow for focused work on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, identifying strengths and areas for growth while providing valuable insights into their mental health status.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient medical and psychological histories, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to ensure compliance with clinical standards and enhance continuity of care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support in high-pressure situations, applying expertise in areas such as substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and mental health disorders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights regarding psychosocial stressors and client needs to foster an integrated approach to patient care.

• Educate clients and their families on resources and community services to promote holistic health and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals and families experiencing various challenges related to mental health conditions, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to a diverse clientele, showcasing your ability to adapt interventions to meet varied cultural and individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
