Education

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout employment.
