Advanced Research Associate- Aseptic Processing

Advanced Research Associate supporting development and manufacture of life-science products at Bio-Techne. Role involves executing standard operating procedures, conducting controlled experiments, performing equipment validation, and driving process improvements in an aseptic processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Author, revise, and execute standard operating procedures for manufacturing reagents and consumables
• Facilitate controlled experiments and perform validation activities for equipment in GMP manufacturing
• Conduct reviews of manufacturing documentation, identify process issues, and author non-conformance reports
• Propose and lead implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct training for new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience, or Master's degree with up to 2 years experience
• GMP laboratory experience and knowledge of Good Documentation Practices required
• Strong technical knowledge of aseptic filling and familiarity with media fills
• Ability to work in laminar flow hoods and isolator systems (RABS)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderately complex data analysis
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments

Compensation: $49,700.00 - $81,650.00
