Advanced Research Associate- Protein Purification

Advanced Research Associate supports development and manufacturing of Bio-Techne's product portfolio through executing standard operating procedures, conducting controlled experiments, and implementing process improvements in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Author, revise, and execute standard operating procedures for manufacturing reagents and consumables
• Facilitate controlled experiments to support new product development and validate manufacturing equipment
• Investigate manufacturing issues, author non-conformance reports, and lead troubleshooting activities
• Propose and implement process improvement initiatives and conduct compliance walkthroughs
• Collaborate cross-functionally and provide training to new employees

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years relevant experience, or Master's degree with up to 2 years experience
• GMP laboratory experience required
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Documentation Practices
• Technical expertise in fermentation, protein purification methods, or aseptic filling preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong data analysis, organizational, and written communication skills

Compensation: $49,700.00 - $81,650.00
