This role offers base pay plus uncapped performance-based compensation, allowing agents to earn between $75,000 and $120,000+ per year, while top performers reach $200,000+ annually. Additional earnings are driven by performance bonuses, incentive programs, contests, and residual income on select ancillary products.

You'll work Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, with optional weekend opportunities available based on performance.

What We're Looking For In A Licensed Insurance Agent

• Active Health Insurance license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and dependable in a remote setting
• Resides in one of the following states: Missouri, Illinois, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Nevada, Arizona, or Georgia
• Previous sales experience is a plus!

Day-to-Day As Our Licensed Insurance Agent

You engage with inbound prospects, uncover their healthcare needs, and guide them through ACA, Medicare, and ancillary product enrollments while maintaining accuracy and compliance. You focus on matching clients with appropriate coverage, building trusted relationships, and retaining business over time. As you sharpen your skills and follow proven systems, you steadily grow your pipeline and book of business within a team that values consistency, coaching, and professional growth.
