Job Details What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and all parties involved in real estate transactions Coordinate and prepare files for residential real estate closings from contract to close Request and review all required documentation to ensure compliance with contract terms Verify payoffs, taxes, liens, and other financial components of each transaction Partner with attorneys to ensure accuracy and approval of all legal documents Schedule and coordinate closing appointments with all involved parties Maintain organized, accurate files while managing multiple transactions simultaneously What You Bring: Experience in real estate, title, escrow, or legal support roles Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Highly organized with strong time management skills Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Experience with SoftPro Select or similar closing software is a plus Interested in hearing more?
