What You'll Do

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for diverse patient populations.
• Support hematology/oncology staff with patient assessments and management.
• Assist with hematology inpatient services, including benign and malignant cases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Utilize EPIC EMR to document patient interactions.
• Contribute to building a bone marrow program (knowledge preferred but not required).
• Uphold safety and compliance standards in a hospital setting.

What You Need

• Valid Minnesota license (or eligible via IMLC)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with hematology patients, including benign/malignant conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced hospital environment

About the Assignment
Join a respected medical team at a major hospital with 686 beds, where you will support inpatient services in hematology and oncology. The role offers meaningful patient interactions across all ages, with support staff available during the day to enhance workflow. No weekend support required, but day shifts Monday through Friday are standard. The hospital utilizes EPIC EMR, and the hematology team is actively expanding, including building a bone marrow practice.
