Position Overview The Business Development Manager is the backbone of our sales teams and plays a key role in driving growth for Paces Restoration. Based out of the Stockbridge office and reporting directly to the General Manager, this role oversees the Business Development Representative and Emergency Assistance Sales teams while supporting referral partnerships, sales strategy, and team performance. Qualifications 3-5 years of outside sales experience preferred, but not required Experience in the restoration industry, property management, multifamily housing, insurance, or agency sales is a plus Strong business development skills with a focus on building long-term referral relationships Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability, drive, and follow-through Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to work with people at a variety of levels in an organization Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM tools, and related business software Key Responsibilities Manage all BDR/EA Sales teams Manage all customer relations for after hour emergencies or catastrophic events Manage all relationships with fire departments in our surrounding 50-mile range Manage/maintain all contract agreements with municipalities for EA response services Create new contracts with municipalities for EA response services Manage after hours dispatch for the sales team(s) Work with department managers/employees to create seamless transitions for a better customer experience Triage General Manager and/or Department Leaders in any/all major storm events Compensation and Perks Base salary of $50,000 Commission potential of $20,000 Company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, credit card Expense account Full health benefits (medical/dental/vision with options for supplemental insurance) at 30-days of employment 401k retirement plan with company match (up to 4%) Accrued paid time off (based on years of service) and paid holidays Paces Restoration is an at-will employer.
