Service operations coordinator

We are looking for a reliable Service Operations Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operations for a growing company in South Florida. In this role, you will be the main contact for incoming customer requests, handle daily scheduling, and keep our field technicians organized.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in office coordination, inventory management, logistics, or customer support.
• Computer Skills: Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning customer or service software.
• Experience using ERP, CRM, inventory management, or service management systems.
• Communication: Great phone and email skills with a professional attitude.

Salary: $20 - $23 per hour
Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities:

Answer Requests & Dispatch: Take incoming service calls and emails, and send field technicians to job sites based on priority.

Manage Schedules: Set up appointments and preventive maintenance visits while keeping calendars up to date.

Track Parts & Orders: Help quote, order, and track parts needed for repairs so jobs get done on time.

Customer Updates: Keep clients informed about appointment times, technician arrival times, and part deliveries.

Inbox & File Review: Monitor the main service email inbox and double-check work orders for accuracy.

After-Hours Support: Join a team rotation to help cover emergency calls outside of regular business hours.
