Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and interviews to evaluate client needs, concerns, and mental health status, ensuring an accurate diagnosis.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges and identify specific goals for improvement.

• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing evaluations, collecting relevant bio-psychosocial data from clients, family members, and external sources as necessary.

• Administer mental status examinations, assess functional impairments, and review histories related to behavioral health, substance use, and trauma to guide treatment pathways.

• Uphold current standards of practice in chemical dependency, integrating knowledge and skills to support clients struggling with substance use issues.

Qualifications\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.

• A clear record of being drug-free with no history of substance misuse while employed as a therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.
